Isabella Ruth

We went to the Dr on February 24th and were VERY happy to find out that we are having a GIRL!!!!! She already has a name and is already getting spoiled!!! We decided on the name Isabella Ruth. I love the name Isabella and have for some time now!!! Ruth is my Grandma's name and I LOVE that name!!!!! I love the story of Naomi and Ruth and I love that name!!!!!! Enjoy Braydon's video of telling you!!! We were glad to share the experience with my mom, Ryan's mom and Chloe ( Angela's daughter) and Keaton (Jenna's son). I think they enjoyed it as well!!!!! Love you guys!

My Name Sake is 11

This is scary....My niece turned 11 today!!! I am OLD!!!
So I thought I would come up with some reasons I Love her So!!!

1. Thoughtful: Maren is always thoughtful of others. When they are visiting she is always willing to help me out and watch Braydon for a minute or help grandma in the kitchen. I know she is the same way at home b/c I see tons of videos with her playing with her younger siblings giving her momma a break!!!

2. Talented: This child can do about anything you put in front of her and I have never seen her quit until she succeeds. She is one of the best Jazz dancers I have ever seen and could out dance any of those girls on So You Think You Can Dance any day!!!! She is also awesome at sports!!!!

3. Cute: Maren is just cute! She has that cute girl look about her...yes I am jealous!!!

4. Spiritual: She is a very spiritual child. You can tell when she feels the spirit and I don't think she is afraid to let you know it either!!!

5. Fun Loving: Maren has a fun loving personality. She makes anything and EVERYTHING fun!!!!

Happy Birthday Maren!!! I am putting your card in the mail b/c I worked over 40 hrs last week with Valentines Day I haven't gotten to the post office...no excuse I know b/c its right by my work!!! :-) I hope you have a GREAT day and get lots of birthday wishes!!! I love you and miss you so much!!!!! :-) Keep on smiling and being adventurous!!!!!!

Fun at the Park

We had a family trip to the park this afternoon and Ryan and Braydon had so much fun playing together! They are both little kids!!! So much fun to watch!!!! Ryan and Braydon have such a strong bond! Braydon thinks his dad is the coolest person in the world!!!!

Past Couple Weeks!!!

So these pictures are way out of order but oh well...you get the point!!!!!!

Braydon went fishing with Ryan and their friend Robert this past Monday and Braydon was the only one to catch keepers!!! That night they were washed, cut and fried for the sister missionaries in the Twin City Ward..I didn't eat them but everyone else LOVED them. Braydon is still bragging about being the only one to catch keepers!!!!!!!!

Wednesday was Pajama day at school!!! This was the only picture Ryan could get of Braydon outside of school!! He is goofy!!!! Just like his Daddy!!!!

Apparently after PJ day at school and a long play date with his cousin, Gabi, it was time to put the Pjs to use. He fell asleep watching me play his DSi...One more shot of sleeping!!!!

Braydon Update

Braydon is doing so much better. I am so thankful for all the prayers that went out for him. This AM he wasn't coughing and we have been still doing the breathing treatments. He is running around like a crazy kid again!!!! I am so happy! He had us worried!!! Thanks again for all the prayers!!!!!

Two Days of Disaster! (no I am not a master speller)

So the last two days have been a nightmare. I guess actually I should say the last three days.

It started out this week with Braydon getting a cough. It wasn't too bad so I didn't think anything of it and just gave him a breathing treatment. Nothing got better, it actually got worse. Friday we ended up at the doctor with the doc saying that Braydon just has bad asthma and to give him breathing treatments and oripred to loosen it. By Saturday morning the poor kid couldn't talk with out coughing. He didn't get to go to any of the festivities downtown b/c of the asthma. By the time I finally got back to my parents around 9 he was HORRIBLE. My dad and Ryan gave him a blessing to get better. I love the power of the priesthood. Though he had a blessing Ryan and I still felt it best to go to the ER. *oh and all this is after paging the nurse on call and telling her about Braydon and her telling me that he was just getting better and the the stuff was getting broken up, that was why he was coughing so much more* We got to the ER around 9:30 and were out by 1:30 with a trip to Walgreens ending around 3:30. We found out that he has bronchidus (not sure how to spell that!!) The doc we went and saw said that he didn't have it and that he was ok just having some asthma attacks. I think not you CRAZY doctor. Needless to say we will be switching doctors once again!!! :-)

Then this morning I had to go up to work to get the money settled since by boss went to a KISS concert last night with her husband. I was telling the opener about the new coupons that came out today when I happened to look over at our cake display cabinet ( YES MY BABY ) and it was off and ALL the cakes were melted. I wanted to cry. I held it together and had to ruin my boss' weekend by telling her what happened. Needless to say she was TICKED!!!! It was the breaker though and at least this time no one was stupid and leaving the doors open. It was crazy so here I go off to work to go make cakes!!!! Wish me Luck....and PRAY FOR MY LITTLE GUY!!!!
